New osso-xterm

Decided that the time for osso-xterm based on the old, clumsy HildonApp and HildonAppView was at the end. Behold, the osso-xterm 0.13.mh11, which uses HildonProgram and HildonWindow. Window title changes are now also supported.

    Tried loading osso xterm on my new N800 (0.13mh24 and 0.13mh24bora1), installer complains that I do not have hildon-libs0 (>=0.14.11-1). Tried installing the missing hildon deb file but no success. Any potential solutions?
